History: He was born in the east. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. River was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
