History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nedda alone in the world. History: Born in the north to a Painter, Pyntle learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. She became a Painter soon after.
