Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on her torso, and is pretty ugly. Her dark red hair is smooth and relatively long. She has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kasdeya does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She got into the Jeweler business at a young age. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Griselda enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. During her travels, Griselda and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Griselda discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Griselda fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
