He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Korfel was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
