History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Pyra has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is chestnut and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ishmoz was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and revenge

History: Quick was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Glassblower and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Bolhild hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Mishann speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with her sister

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and to get a good night's sleep

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Sun was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Engraver. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
