History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Gifted from a young age, Neega studied abroad. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
