History: Baradad hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Baradad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Syllin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Laborer for the past few years.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Bricklayer, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: Eberdeb was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he prefers to wear red pants and tee shirts. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This tall, slender man dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a red coat with brown slacks. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 30. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
