History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Edge was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born in the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Ella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult
