Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears dull yellow sweaters, loose violet pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She bought a shortbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Harriet's homeland. Harriet decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Fallond was born with his father's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born to a Butcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Kaladan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
