Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Serpent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Neega and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Miller soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a simple violet robe with grey stripes complete with hood. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born into a rich family. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carrie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
