Personality: Howard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Howard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Chenna never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Peren was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mortician. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Carlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
