History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Mayor mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
