History: Halander was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Halander was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Assassin. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fisher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
