History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his mace, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His brass crest is heavily combed to the right. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Brug grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Percival was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: Juliana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Juliana was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Juliana's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.
