Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. After a long history of fighting, Bucklal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Yebe took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
