History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cloud was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born in the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His childhood dream was to be a Apothecary, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Malquis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She tends to her Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She got into the Stableman business at a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She got into the Tailor business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Bather, but she was a colossal failure. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
