History: He comes from a rich southern family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A freak accident while working with his Weaver mother left him crippled. He has never given up on his music dream.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He keeps his long lavender fur kept up in a rat tail. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Sun is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Portia enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He tends to wear a black poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Holg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Holg and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Holg discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Holg fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
