Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. She carries a battered shortbow and tarnished falchion as well. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her ears are large.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Delre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are violet.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This malnourished woman typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull white iron scale mail. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Vistra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Revenge; and many illithids want her driven away

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has achieved small success as a Armorer.

Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is cut short. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Gilthur began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gilthur was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
