History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Foxilon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
