Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Calcitro embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When Calcitro reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Calcitro and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she prefers to wear flannel. Her hair is white and very short. Her eyes are amber and beady.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Donella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Donella took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jheri was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Born to a Miller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to clean up the streets
