Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Veit is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Unemployed. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. She became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing her hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to unite with her brother

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. He has a hunchback. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: This man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has done his best to style his white crest to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mugrunden fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: She wears a yellow shirt, with a brown mid length skirt with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she desires power and/or immortality
