History: Cimer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
