History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Boddynock was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is obsessed with her god.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Surina was taken on many hunting expeditions. Surina was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Koeth hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Herbalist but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Koeth lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: She was born into a rich family. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Tailor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Randal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Interpreter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Silgre liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. She has a dull look in her gold eyes.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Map Maker job and began her own company from there.
