History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lilli was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
