History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Barendd has worked very hard to control his curse. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. At a young age her mother died while driving off some gnolls. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in greatsword use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
