History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mardred grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Through the years after Mardred was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mardred's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her right hand. Her white fur is matted, messy, and big. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Kite lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kite took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born in the east to a Masseuse, Vondal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Balam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
