Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Chay would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Chay has worked very hard to control his curse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
