History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Kilia was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a fancy black dress. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She works hard and plays hard.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and he perpetually has his dagger ready. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quarion fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and expand her business

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his falchion. His fur is short and cinnamon. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shifting grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Brottor grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
