Description: He wears a white wide-brimmed hat and white clothes. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Tanner like his mother before him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing his hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

Description: She wears a tan vest and prefers pastel and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'6" when asserting herself. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Zanna was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Zanna's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Barkeep for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her ears are large.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is content; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Callie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mason. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Callie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and further expansion of business

Description: She has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her yellow robe. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Nora was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Knight. She has achieved small success as a Knight.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: She has a missing left leg. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her long gray fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are yellow and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Sun took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
