Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Shadow was born with her mother's beautiful face. A gifted student she started as a Bellfounder, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Laborer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
