History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bowyer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mindartis embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Mindartis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Mindartis was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: Arannis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
