History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Carter soon after.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Tordrid was taken on many hunting expeditions. Tordrid liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
