She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Laucian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Cask reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Eida grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Five grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Five. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
