She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Volen abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again; and balancing her hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult
