History: Shadow was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Right-Handed and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Anne lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Adrik was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
