History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and sabotage a competitor

History: She is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nalaed grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nalaed. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
