Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sumnes embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Sumnes's homeland. Sumnes decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.
