History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hecat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Riardon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Riardon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Riardon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. During his travels, Kugáluga and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kugáluga discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kugáluga fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
