History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Ratlûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ratlûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Seere was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Fibblestib hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The war was a terrible time for her, and Katherine does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cairn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cairn. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
