History: Jade was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
