Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Orla was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Aline will drive conversation. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Aline began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Aline was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
