Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears tattered old clothes. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. Her green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Damien embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and yellow handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is short and auburn. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his feathered grey hat.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Thoradin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Thoradin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a great chef.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Erky grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Carpenter and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Quick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She carries a battered kukri and tarnished halberd as well. Her hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bimpnottin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bimpnottin. Being a Map Maker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

History: Fonkin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Fonkin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
