Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 70. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Baern was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Baern has worked very hard to control his curse. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Cloud was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears an entirely brown suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. She has amber eyes and a brown hat with a black feather.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Herleva is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Tippletoe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: To be a Locksmith again; and she is greedy

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west to a Apothecary, Merihim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Art was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
