History: Dagnal was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants, and is pretty ugly. His brass crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in the south. Lûgdash was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Marshal. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tippletoe studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Tippletoe and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and balancing her hectic life and new armorer responsibilities is difficult

When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

History: Irann lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
