Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Rael took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Namfoodle's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Namfoodle was born with his father's beautiful face. When Namfoodle reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Merla was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Being a Cook kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sellsword who has hired her part-time. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she wants to get laid

Description: This late middle aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Diggory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Unemployed and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To be a Shipwright again.
