History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mason. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a blue vest and prefers white and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Frug was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ronk grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
