History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Marshal job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

History: Biri was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. After a long history of fighting, Biri and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heskan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a sword on his belt. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Krûk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Thar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Sculptor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mason business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
