History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Drenna was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student she started as a Knight, but she got bored and became a Brewer. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she has money and likes to spend it
