History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Delebean is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Therai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Peter has worked very hard to control his curse. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has gray fur. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears dull blue sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Delebean is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Delebean hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Delebean began to lead the lost caravan. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and many dire rats want him driven away
