The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the south to a Mortician, Creega learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Creega abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: Born to a Sage, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sculptor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). In the meantime she has taken over work as a Tanner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult.

History: Silgre was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
